By accessing or using TripNode ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

TripNode is an AI-powered travel planning application that generates personalised multi-day itineraries based on your destination, travel dates, interests, and budget. The app provides smart activity scheduling, geographically clustered suggestions, and an organised day-by-day view to make trip planning effortless.

Section 03

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Section 04

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Upload malicious content or code
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Misuse the AI generation feature to produce excessive or spam itineraries

Section 05

Subscriptions and Payments

TripNode offers a free tier and a PRO subscription. PRO features include Unlimited AI Itineraries, Offline Travel Guides, Priority Support, and an Ad-Free experience.

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel at any time through your app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Section 06

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, AI models, and software — are the exclusive property of TripNode and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Section 07

User Content

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit through the App, including your saved itineraries and travel preferences. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your itineraries, preferences, or personal information.

Section 08

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. TripNode does not guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of any activities, venues, or services suggested by the AI. You are solely responsible for verifying and booking activities.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated itineraries.

Section 10

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Section 11

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TripNode operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Section 12

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
